  • Ladies, please do not, I repeat DO NOT, go to this salon to get your eyebrows done. If you chose to proceed with coming here to get your eyebrows done, at least avoid Nancy. Not only did she mess up my eyebrows, she completely changed the shapes of my perfectly shaped eyebrows. As she plucked away after waxing, she manage to mess up even more by plucking off more than she should've making it look like a bald spot on my left eyebrow. Once she was done and I saw my reflection, I was in disbelief and I started crying immediately. She was unapologetic and so was the owner. I asked to speak to the manager, and when I did she acknowledged that my eyebrows were not even and "needed more work" the owner said she could attempt to fix it. After the atrocity of the outcome on the first attempt, I respectfully declined. I didn't get an apology, from either one of them and they didn't seem remorseful at all. Instead I was told to "just fill them in." What an awful feeling and although hair grows back, the trust for this establishment will not. If you chose to go to them for their cheap pricing, you'll get just that, cheap customer service and even worse service. Good luck.
