rev:text	Less than zero. This is an up to date review of this paper meant community. I don't know who's been on these rating sites writing lies but this place is crap. The buildings are old. They need to be painted. The apartments look nothing like the pictures. No GYM!! No Bluetooth (although advertised) Wobbly and old staircases Bugs and roaches Dirty and Dimly lit staircase NO GYM!! (They lied and said it would be available in January, now all of a sudden it's closer to fall) No courtesy patrol Seedy neighbors Very dark areas on the property (forget walking at night) Dog park is a waste, no one uses it Noisy construction over and under your head (Make sure they put in writing on your lease that your apartment will not have construction done around it) We pay for pest control but there are flying roaches. We pay for a gym but there isn't a gym The Gate... The biggest headache ever. It NEVER works. And when it does (about once every 8 weeks) people still sneak in because they wait for you to go and swipe your key. The property had some upgrades that look really nice...now PAINT THE STAIRWELLS OF THE BUILDINGS. That throw up yellow color is nasty. White would be best and help with lighting. The stairs are so nasty. I really am looking for ward to the end of my lease.
