I have to write a quick update on how fantastic the customer service is here! I recently got a pedi with a friend of mine which unfortunately smudged and was ruined once we got home (being winter we had to put our boots on). I think the polish wasn't totally dry despite the fact that the girl who checked our toes said it was. I called Nailsense the next day and spoke to Khahn (my go to mani/pedi girl - she's awesome) to ask if they offered a pedi with no polish at a difference price. I mentioned what happened and Khahn told me to come back anytime and she would paint my toes again free of charge! Nailsense really does want their customers to be 100% happy with their service and it shows :)
My only suggestion for an otherwise perfect nail salon would be to offer a loyalty program (buy ten manis get one free kind of thing) for regular nail obsessed clients such as myself ;)
