  • Looking at these other reviews I'm astonished that anyone would have anything bad to say about this company. I've used these guys for years and never had ANY issues with them, I believe one year I had 4 bees nests between my yard, kids playhouse, and my shed.. & never once did they blink at sending someone out and never once was I charged extra. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Eric the majority of the time (the other technicians were awesome too but the majority of my experiences have been with him ) and never once did he leave me with unanswered questions or feeing like I didn't get what I've paid for. He even helped my wife carry in groceries when I broke my leg. Thank you Spectrum for treating us like family!
