Very neat concept. I've been several times. The problem I have is the spice. I love spicy and can tolerate a lot but for some reason this place gives me tons of heartburn so I don't go as often as I'd like. I like to describe this place as like a Chipotle but for enchiladas. I've never seen soup and I had a hard time finding it on the menu. I'll try looking for it next time I go. Also, plan on paying around $12-15. The price is a little steep for a couple of enchiladas. All of my petty critiques aside, give it a try if you're in a hurry. It's not bad. Seating is limited though so if it's already 100+ out you better eat fast.
