  • My seven year old missed out on getting a flu shot in November due to lack of time, being sick, and our pediatrician ran out of the vaccine. Target no longer does children under the age of 9 so I was in a pinch. We went to Walgreens Pharmacy and the staff that set us up down to Joan (who gave the injection) were awesome. Joan told my little 7 year old everything she was doing with so much compassion and patience. I've never seen my daughter more calm to get a shot. I might even go so far as to say she was better than my pediatrician's office. Completely unexpected compassion and pleasant surprise for a last minute decision to get my daughter's flu shot there. A+ treatment!
