I use to use this pharmacy for several years, but found the staff to be rather rude and always making mistakes with medication. One of the pharmacists was having a nervous breakdown when he couldn't figure out the computer, then got panicked and started expressing how stressed out he was. Then he made a mistake filling my prescription, and started getting angry and took it out on one of the ladies working. I thought this was very unprofessional. I actually though he was going to quit right on the spot, and walk out.
They often made mistakes with medication, and almost gave me a refill on Percocets that I filled a year prior. If I wasn't honest, I could have easily taken them.
Also I find they are not very discreet with clients. They talk loudly when discussing medication with you, and anyone around can hear. So if you have a funny rash, you can be sure that the person buying cough syrup in the isle will know about it.
I finally gave up with this Rexall this year, and now go to shoppers.
