Poor customer service. I brought a shirt in to have lettering placed on it in a certain font. Instead of trying to be helpful, the first thing I was asked was, "How am I supposed to find this font?" I felt like I was definitely more of a bother than a customer. The employee then took a phone call while scrolling through "fonts" on the computer and just appeared thoroughly annoyed. Clearly, my request was not worth her time so I got up and left and will not be back.
Note to Tees and More - it's not a good idea to humiliate or embarrass your customers.
