Friendly staff and excellent room. It's right next to UQAM, so the area gets a bit crowded with students, but the hotel itself was very quite. It's also right on a bus line and a short walk from the metro making it a perfect base of operation.
The continental breakfast was a bit lack luster, but given that our room had a kitchenette I don't think it's worth complaining over. The kitchenette had a two burner stove, sink, minifridge, coffee maker, microwave, and was well stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans. Though with so many excellent restaurants around we didn't use it nearly as much as we thought we would!
