Very disorganized, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They sold a bunch of "groupon" classes to fill up their classes, but then didn't have enough spots for all the groupon classes they sold. Kept making false promises about when new classes would be offered -- bottom line is --- they didn't intend to honour the groupon classes -- just did it to get cash flow. It's a pity because there were several classes we wanted to take after the cupcake decorating -- but they will not be getting any of my business. There are other cooking / baking schools around that treat their clients well. The whole idea of Groupon is to try something at a discount, then if you like it, you come back and pay full price. If they didn't want Groupon clients, they had no business putting themselves on Groupon.
