  • They never answer the phone or call new patients back. It's rude and unprofessional, plus whoever owns that office must be losing a lot of money not calling new patients back. Ridiculous. Just avoid trying this office all together, I've tried for 2 weeks called multiple times left multiple messages when no one answers and have heard NOTHING back. Honestly the OGBYN office out here seem to be awful, visit st Rose hospital for women's care at least they answer and take all insurances unlike the rest of the crook obgyns out here. Oh and they answer the phone plus call back!
