  • Came in on a Saturday for tire rotation and air check. Simple enough right?! WRONG!! When I came I was ok with the 2hr wait. Well it's been over 2hrs and when I asked again. They said anther 45 min!!! 2 bays are empty for 10 min at a time and guys just standing around. There is a price to pay for "discount tire" but the customer service and efficiency in this place is poorly managed. Next set of tires I'm sticking with Sams Club or Costco. They offer price matching so you don't have to put up with slow service.
