  • I absolutely dislike this location. They're always super busy and the ONE day that I come and it's not super busy at all to get a temporary card . The person banker who greeted me was super rude to me. He was asking me questions like if was trying to do some random fraud on my account or something . At first, he asked me if i had an appointment and I said no but I willing to wait for a banker then he said "well you're going to have to wait for more then an hour!" (Because I'm sure he just wanted to leave home on time) on top of that there was only one other person waiting and they had an appointment but I was "going to have to wait more than an hour. " I also believe his was the branch manager as well that had no customer service I kept telling him I get off work late since their hours are not flexible at all he just kept not wanting to help me and I think he even seemed okay with me wanting to close my account based on their hours instead of trying to stop a customer from leaving their business he was okay not meeting a customer's needs.
