  • First time stopping since opening. I pass it every morning well at least 4 days a week. I usually go to QT for my coffee but decided I wanted a bagel. So I pulled it. Of course it's clean and nice size parking and use drive through. 3 cars on line, and moving nicely. Until I get to ordering. I asked for a large coffee. Light with skim milk and sugar. And a poppy bagel with butter not toasted. I was offered a coffee roll, no a poppy bagel I said. I was a coffee bagel? What's a coffee bagel. I said no a poppy SEED bagel. She says we don't have coffee bagels. I said do you have sesame seed bagels? She said yes. Than proceeds to read back my order a large coffee and a plain bagel toasted with butter. Huh? Again I repeat my order. Ok she says. I go to window. She doesn't say good morning, doesn't smile and no thank you's either. Oh well. I wish her a good day and leave. Sorry to say when I got to work my coffee is pretty much black. At least my bagel was right. I am very disappointed. Oh well Back to QT tomorrow. Transaction #601 register 5 Elizabeth F.
