  • I have been using this company for 3 years now, at least 2 times per year, and every rental has been a fantastic experience! They are always prompt, professional and deliver quality bounce houses. This last rental compels me to write a review. The wonderful delivery and pick up by AJ and David sets the bar at the top for any company. They were so polite, followed my request for placement exactly and you can just tell that they deeply care about customer satisfaction. This morning they came back to pick up the bounce house. My daughter didn't get a chance to bounce with me or her Grandma last night at the party and I promised we would do it in the morning. She started crying when they arrived. AJ and David made a judgement call and called their boss to see if they could pick it up later. I just got off the phone with David and he asked if we would like to keep it for one more night, and told me they want us to be happy, best yet is no extra charge. Would we?!! My daughter is literally bouncing with excitement and so am I! This is EXACTLY why I am a loyal customer. I highly recommend this company.
