  • Loved their customer service, Crystal (spelling?) the woman on the phone was so helpful and communicative. Missed my first appointment (oops!) and had to reschedule my second because of work. The repair man was a little grumpy with me at having missed my original appointment, but they were kind enough to let me reschedule anyway. The new windshield looks great! And I LOVE that they'll fix any chips in my windshields.
