rev:text	Very surprised by the positive reviews. I've had nothing but frustration with this company. Called last week to try to schedule a time for them to come out and look at several trees in both the front and backyards. Was told by the gal that answered that Howard would just drive by and look at them. I explained to her a few different times that I had dogs in my backyard so I needed to be home to put the dogs away and let him in the backyard. She takes all my information and finally said he would be here Saturday morning. Late Saturday afternoon, Howard calls wanting to drive by. I AGAIN explain to him that I have dogs in the backyard and he can't just drive by and that by this point, I'm not home. He, for the second time, takes all my information and agrees to schedule an appointment for Monday night between 6-6:30. Monday night comes and I wait and I wait and I wait and nothing - he never comes by, he never calls - nothing. I call Tuesday morning and it's like Howard has no idea who I am. I get the whole story about how he's so busy because of the storms etc.... I explained to him that I called last week - before the storms. But, he just keeps saying he's so busy etc... I asked him to please let me know if he's too busy to do the job. He says he's not and AGAIN takes all my information but is unable to commit to any time to come by. Says he'll call me later, maybe he can come sometime at the end of the week. I explained to him that I really needed someone to look at these trees and if he's too busy, I'll just find someone else. He was very unconcerned about the whole thing, just didn't seem all that interested in the work, kept telling me he's so busy and maybe he'll call later etc.... I finally just told him to forget it, I'll find someone else.
