  • I don't know what happened to the folks prior but I will cut the place some slack and give a positive review. I came in on a Friday morning thinking I just had a flat (since I only happen to have stoped at Precision Auto Care only 5 days ago and they checked my tire pressure). Rolando which was managing the front at the time took great care of me. He pointed out the dry rot in my tires (which I confirmed with Google) and was straight forward and to the point with other issues I had with my car. I can see how the place received bad reviews in the past considering there were a few less than professional looking ppl walking in and out of the staff area. Since I was camping outside watching the techs work I managed to over hear several interesting conversations and how someone got in trouble for being shady and screwing customers over. With my one individual experience the techs working on my car was helpful and explored the cheapest options before proceeding to the next solution. (granted I don't know if they took pity of me with my all 4 tire replacement, if they were genuinely honest or if they were following the straight and narrow because someone got caught recently) Overall I think I will come back again. The hours of this shop is very flexible and Rolando did not make me feel like he was playing games with me.
