  • My five star rating is for the prompt, courteous response I received from Brad regarding our rental home. There was a leak which caused water damage and I found AZ Flood Squad online and decided to call them first thing in the morning (7:30am) and was pleasantly surprised when not only did I receive a call back, but they came out right away (within 30mins!) to assess the damage and begin the drying process at "no charge." I had not contacted my home owners insurance as of yet and did not even know if this would be covered... but Brad stated he could leave the dehumidifiers for 24 hours at no cost, which I felt was beyond fair. Unfortunately, we did not use their company due to insurance conflicts, so I felt it was only fair to leave them a nice review because of the professional way they handled the phone calls, timely service and they even removed the dryers they were setting up due to my sudden cancellation request and insurance issues. Thank you, again, Brad, and I apologize we were not able to use your company this time, but best wishes and will keep you in mind for future work. Misty ;)
