This airline needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Me and my dad we're stuck in arkansas, unable to make it to our American connection in Dallas. We got delayed and canceled over 5 times. None of which was our fault. When speaking to American in an attempt to change or push back our flights they refused to acknowledge that it wasn't our fault we couldn't make our connection on time and we were charged over $300 for something that was out of our control. THE LEAST you could have done was offer a voucher or give us credit. Instead we're out $300 and every person we talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I have an American Airlines credit card but I think I'll switch to southwest considering they know how to treat their customers.
