  • Wow, worst Ulta I've ever been in. First, you could see the MOD poking around, waiting right up til 10 to open despite five customers outside. Then, right at ten she flipped the latch on the door and didn't open it, just turned and walked away. Rude! I walked past her at least six times (and I clearly looked lost because I was baffled by the Benefit products being few and spread out) and I was never even so much as greeted, nevermind asked if I needed help. Zero service. Granted I wasn't all dolled up but I was well dressed with a spendy handbag. I made my selections and went to the cashier. They were "out of" a GWP that just debuted (more like that same MOD didn't want to look for it). She offered some old beatup face wash sample in its place. No thanks. Seriously, no effort. No service. The only pleasant exchange was the (brand spanking new) cashier who was very, very sweet. Someone who is not excited about their job and treats their presence alone as a favor should not be in a management position in stores like this. She made the chain look really really bad. I'm a Platinum customer so she really goobered this one up.
