  • Despicable business! I moved out of state, contacted Knockout to cancel my membership, they told me what I needed to do to cancel and I did just that, twice. Both times I was told the information I provided (which was exactly what they told me to provide) was not good enough to cancel my membership. I am left paying for a membership I can not use. Can not even talk to the manager Augustine as he continues to state "It is not our policy". Broken record. This place is a joke, only out for money and they do not care about their clients what so ever.
