  • OVERALL: probably the best bubble tea you'll get in Pittsburgh for the price. Good flavor and BEST tapioca in Pittsburgh - but be careful of the high sweetness levels. I would opt for less sweetness. I've been going to Fuku tea since it opened, and it is by far my favorite place in Pittsburgh. I always find myself stopping by this place after class, before class, during what is supposed to be class hours, etc. I love it. First of all, their tea is very good. They never fail to disappoint with the flavor, and there are so many unique combinations to try at this place. Their tapioca though, is what I think sets this place apart. It's sweet and warm, and just the right amount of chewiness and just the right size as well. However if you're not a boba person, you could opt for some of their other toppings. I personally really like the lychee jelly. I think most of the time, you get a free topping, but each extra topping is at a reasonable 50 cents extra. Not gonna lie, if Fuku tea ever closes down before I leave Pittsburgh, I might shed a tear or two. Or many.
