  • Fantastic customer service! As a first time mom-to-be, I'm completely overwhelmed with all the decisions on quality natural products. They helped my husband and I with selecting a baby carrier and bottles. Both women were so patient with all of our questions and rolled with my husband's sense of humor. We're looking forward to taking a diapering class soon. I'm hoping to register for as many baby items as we can here. Update on May 13, 2017: This morning we took the Diapering 101 class, which is free. The owner broke it all down for us and answered every single question comprehensively. There were 4 couples which made the vibe comfortable to asking as many questions as needed. There were great conversations during and afterwards. We learned about everything from which type of diapers would work for our lifestyle and budget to how to launder them. My husband and I bought all of our diapers right after the class. We got instructions on prepping them before we use them. We joined the reward program and can't wait to head back for more baby stuff. Most of our registry links back to the store. We love supporting this local business. They test all of the products that they sell and stand behind them. There pricing is about the same as the big box stores but with the one-on-one customer service from people who know the product that they're selling.
