My theory with dumpling joints is that the more north of Toronto you go, the larger the portions and the cheaper the bill. Rings very true with this restaurant, tucked away in a tiny suburban plaza. The decor is the standard, if you could call it decor. But you can't go for the decor or atmosphere; it's the dumplings, of course. They're big, juicy, and I can't even finish them in one sitting. They also offer other food like noodles and so forth. The red been pancakes are also not bad.
