  • I have the Ultimate Protection Package for pests and termites. Though the quarterly fee on the surface is high, I cannot emphasize just how valuable the guarantee to cover damage and treat for termites is with the price many times over. In the state or Arizona, it's not a question of if, but when termites will be in or around your home. On April 21, in preparation for selling our home in San Tan Valley, a building inspector noted "tunnels" on his report. Terminix responded immediately and within a week, the entire house was thoroughly inspected and treated. Curtis was very knowledgeable and professional. I want to thank Tom for all his assistance as well. It is cheap insurance to ensure peace of mind. Go with an established company with the resources to backup their pledge!
