  • WONDERFUL service department but HORRIBLE sales and finance. Why does it take 4 hours to purchase a car now? I was done with picking out the car, test drive, trade in, and finance paperwork in 1 1/2 hours but still did not get out of the dealership until a total of 4 hours had passed. Was low balled on trade-in and the was give false high interest rate, then they dropped rate to make it seem like I received a deal. I went to my credit union and refinanced the car at a 0.99 rate, not the 3.99 rate they gave me which I was told was a great deal.
