After going for a second time when they were actually open I was again let down. I let the woman behind the counter know that I was interested in learning more about the halo extensions. She showed them to me and told me I could try them on. I told her I hadn't used them before and needed some instruction and she just stood there and watched without any assistance. My sister then tried to help me and the employee just watched as we unsuccessfully wrapped the hair piece around my head. Two other customers came in and she didn't help them because she was still standing there just staring at me. It was an extremely awkward encounter, especially for being a business that is supposed to help women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Needless to say I walked empty handed. I really wish there was another extension shop in this area.
I have shopped here before and been previously satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately this business does not have reliable store hours. Online and at the store front they have posted that they close at 3 on Saturdays. I went today at 2:45 and the shop was totally closed down. I wish they would honor the times they post so people are not inconvenienced.
