I was very happy to of found a Mexican Market but the customer service is horrible!
Most employees don't acknowledge you and if you need help you need to literally go on a search hunt to find them and once you do find them they speak Spanish first instead of English which thankfully I understand them since I speak Spanish but if I didn't I'd find it extremely rude. There are some things I don't know how to say in Spanish and they make it hard to be understood which shouldn't be an issue since they are there to provide a service to us.
I called in yesterday to see what was the latest their bakery took in a cake order to be sure not to miss them and whoever answered the phone, answered like this....
Cardenas Employee: Bueno
Me: Yes, can I please be transferred to your bakery?
Cardenas Employees: Okay...
She transfers me but there is no ring at the other end, only a voicemail that is full and cannot take any more messages. So I hang up and call back.
Cardenas Employee: Yes, I know you want bakery hold on.
Me: Hello! Do not transfer me. No one answered and I have a question before you even try to transfer me.
Cardenas Employee: What?
Me: No one answered and there's no point for you to transfer me. I have a question in regards to your bakery.
Cardenas Employee: Yes
Me: What is the latest you can take in a cake order?
Cardenas Employee: Hold Please
I was literally on hold for 5 minutes after I decided to hang up since she obviously had no intention of returning to my call.
This location is way cleaner than their other location and it's a shame that their customer service is not good at either locations. If it wasn't for the foods they offer, I wouldn't go back and I am hoping I can find a better Mexican Market.
