  • Been using Rainforest for those "quick" washes between the hand carwashes at home for a few years. Always been impressed with their staff and customer service. Recently, they retooled or rebuilt their car wash and the results are a little less exciting :/ It used to be an in-n-out wash, but the last two times I've been there I ended up with soap residue on my front fenders and trunk lid. The first time I went through again but ultimately required being sprayed off to finish the job. The second time, I was in a hurry... no time to go back through and give them a chance to make it right. Ultimately thanked the clouds for pouring down a torrent of rain to complete the wash.
