  • Customer service is poor, no star would be more accurate. The Station Manager Mo Alareeqi (go figure) , is very arrogant and unprofessional. None of his front line employees seems to have a clue of what's going on. Mo has no customer service skills, can't talk to a customer in a professional manner... Bottom line it's best to rent a car from another provider.
