  • Crappy service and bunch of lies. I had an appointment scheduled at 8:30 to do a title search and was informed that someone will call me when they were on their way. Low and behold no one calls so I called them at 8:20 and was told someone is on his way. The place is 5 minutes away from the house. I waited till 8:30 and called and was put on hold for 10 minutes before someone hang up on me. Called back and was told that the guy was in a meeting. What happened to my appointment no one knows. So I drive over there and guy is still in appointment. I got mad and left. By the way all of this communication was one way. I called again few hours later and finally talked to the guy that was supposed to meet me and he assured me he was out there. When I told him I was standing by the car from 8:25-8:50 he said he couldn't see me. Long story short he said he was there and his office said he was in meeting, either way I wasted good portion of the morning dealing with them. I asked for a refund and will go somewhere else.
