All calls go straight to VM by this home ran business. Appointment was made for between 3-7. Arrival time was 9:23pm with no 24hr notice ahead of time nor a call to inform tech/biz owner would be arriving that late in the evening. The guy just left land it's almost 10pm. Said he replaced a cap but that was only what was covered under warranty. He said the coils need cleaning and for him to come back would be $300. He said he didn't care about rendering services to complete the project. He said he's got enough home warranty clientele that keeps him so busy he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I mentioned the reviews on Facebook, Yelp and Google...He flat out was like "I don't care"!
