  • The staff there need to learn not to talk over customers who have complaints. If you voice dissent against this, they hang up on you. You'd be better off training strong lifts for a year and pulling your own car to where you need it than to call this company. Seriously, there are many towing services in this city and I'm pretty sure they all have better reviews than this place. Save your time and money by calling someone who cares about their customers and the contracts they're supposed to honor.
