  • Been here a few times but today was painful. Had an appointment for a simple oil change. Arrived on time and didn't leave till just over 1 hour later. After being ring up the person helping me didn't review over the recommended services & quotes since she took a call from someone in their company. I looked over the handwritten 24-pt-inspection sheet and saw things not mentioned on my copy, such as "dry rot" observed with one of the tires. Btw - only ONE other vehicle was being serviced at the same time. Just too much for me, goodbye.
