  • Terrible service . Waited 29 minutes on hold, asked about my sons cracked screen , how much to replace ~then went through 10 minutes of serial numbers etc just to have her tell me it could be anything~ it needs to be looked at .I could have googled the cost which I just should have. My son had to repeat all the numbers to her because she couldn't get it right. Waste of 40 minutes of my life and no help!
