  • Bad quality. My pics were a week and half late and when I called they said "well maybe they got lost". I asked for a tracking #, they said they don't have tracking numbers. Didn't offer anything. So then I told them I wanted my money back. Then they said we'll resend them for free but it will take over a week to get them. After the call my original order showed up but my pictures were blurry and the color looked like it bled a little. Mixpics has better quality, I only used Shutterfly because they sent a discount offer. I will going back to Mixpic.
