| - So ridiculous! I left home this morning and came back to a note on my door saying a flower delivery showed up. The note said to call and let them know I was home. I called and said. Hey I got a note on my door saying there was a delivery sent over but I was not here to receive it. She asked me when I would be. I told her I was going to be out all day but I would be home for a half hour before leaving. She got a rude tone and said, ''Our delivery guy wont be there in a half hour.'' totally snappy to me. So I said, ''oh, ok well when do you think he could be here so I could try to be here for the delivery.'' She said, '' Well when would work for you?'' I said I was going to be gone all day and if she could give me a time frame I could try to be here for it. She snapped at me and was like, '' He can't be there in a half hour!'' I was like I know you said that already I just want to know when he could be here, I didn't know anyone was going to try to send me flowers so I didn't know I had to be here for them. She started arguing with me about me not being home. Totally totally rude!!! Then she asked if I would be here tomorrow and I said yeah I can be here in the morning and she said,'' Why are you giving me attitude?!'' Whoa!! I said oh, I am sorry you feel like I am giving you attitude, I haven't been trying to. Then she like yelled in the phone and was like ALRIGHT THEN GIVE ME A TIME I CAN SEND THE DELIVERY GUY OVER! All the hate and anger she was throwing at me just caused me to not want to receive anything from them. So I said, '' You know what, I would really like it if you guys didn't come over and give me flowers so just forget it.'' So she yelled in the phone and said, ''GOOD! WE DIDN'T WANT TO SEND FLOWERS TO YOU ANYWAY! ...Completely blown away by their lack of customer service and the level of rudeness that they treated me for not being here for flowers I did not even order. I know flower places are expensive so whoever sent them over I hope they got their money back because all I received was a bitch on the other line that wanted to take out her aggression on someone that was supposed to be receiving love.
