  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would but that's not an option. This gym is by far the dirtiest and smellest place I've been to. I know they have a cleaning crew but they don't do a great job. There are so many hidden fees to the membership and when you have questions to take care of your account they direct you to a ridiculous 1-800 number that don'r have a clue about your membership. They claim to be $9.95 a month but with the startup and random fees added, you are better off going to a gym like Life Time. I've been a member at a handful of gyms and this gym's customer service is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. The front desk staff is rude. The fitness staff isn't friendly and they walk around like meatheads. The only person who knows what they're talking about is the manager but he's mysteriously never around to talk to. It's a nutshell, it's a mini version of LVAC. I would rather spend my money on a gym that isn't overly crowded and won't harass me for not bringing in a towel.
