It's not often that one can find a company that is focused on the customer experience, Adams's Driveshaft is one of those companies. The Driveshaft on my son's Jeep TJ broke, the replacement driveshaft from the original manufacturer was on backorder and wasn't expected to ship for 5 to 6 weeks.
I called Adams's Driveshaft to see what could be done, Kevin made it seem as if I was the only customer he had. Promptly returning phone calls and providing updates. Within a few days the driveshaft shipped and is now on my son's Jeep.
