The guy at the front desk was extremely rude when I checked in. I was told that my room was missing the tv and I said that was fine and checked in anyway. I checked out the next morning and noticed another charge for $250. I waited a couple days thinking it was just a deposit pending and when it posted to my account I called to see what the charge was for. I was told that I was being charged for the missing tv. I talked to the manager Cole and everytime for the past three days hes been busy. I call his direct line and he said he would get back to me and still hasn't and it has been three days and everytime I call he is not around. still trying to get this solved but I would never ever stay here again. save yourself the headache.
