| - Used them a number of years ago and they were atrocious. The owner did not pay attention to me as I was trying to go through the particulars of my pets's needs, but was too busy talking to the "petsitter" about their other job. The petsitter spilled most of the pet's medicine on the floor, didn't groom the pets, and when I got home, the food was old and spoiled, and the water wasn't changed. Promised daily update reports were not completed. Would give them zero stars if I could. The owner wouldn't take responsibility but ultimately refunded my money. Gave my key to another petsitter that I hadn't met, and I had to have the locks changed. Never again!
And one final reply to TLC's 2nd reply: The owner, Kara J, returned the key directly to me at my home after she told me that she had retrieved it from the 2nd sitter whom I did not meet, and advised she would refund my money in its entirety. I'm surprised she doesn't remember the incident clearly considering that I showed her pictures I had taken of the filthy cat food and water bowls, the empty cat food cans from the trash (showing the cats had not been fed per instructions), the attempt to clean up the split medicine with paper towels, etc - and we had an extended discussion. You can't examine pet bowls for confirmation several days later - common sense. The service was a disaster all the way around - as I advised you at the time - own up to it and take responsibility - it's your business.

Please remove me from your mailing list and records. As you recall, TLC was horrible with my pets, neglected them, lied about the service, and ultimately refunded my money. I'm quite surprised that any mailing has been sent to me.
I will never recommend TLC to anyone, and have advised against using the company.
