  • I like Wookie from Deserts Wireless from Paradise, but they send me to this location to fix my Beats Wireless. I brought the headphone in,asking to check why my headphone doesnt hold charge. I have a tech name Henry told me to replace a battery for $80, I told him to go ahead and fix it for me. When I come to pick it up, he told me $86 and want cash. I was like ok, whatever took the headphone home,use for 2 day at the gym and when I charge it, it still have the same problem. I brought it back, now he told me the USB is a problems (???) And tell me its another $60.I already paid $86 so might as well fix it to make it work. Another week and he told me to come to pick it up. He charge me $65(???) and demand cash. At this point, Mr Henry, I will not go back to your Air Touch store, I will continue to come to Desert Wireless but if they tried to send me to you again. I honestly will take my shit somewhere else. Im vietnamese btw,and the way he did his business is not what I looking for. You said one price and up charge me when I come in,and plus I had to fix it twice.
