  • Update: After some huffing and puffing and correspondence with the better business bureau Spencers agreed to resolve the issue. New rating reflects good pricing and experience with sales person but will look elsewhere for new purchases (including the matching dryer we intended to buy) as I found management to be lacking in customer service skills.
