  • Burrito was actually good. Fries ice cold, complained about it and nada. No response from living dead employee. I can't wait until lazy, useless human beings are iced out by efficient robots. Lol. I actually told the manager and his response was "you are absolutely correct". Wow, thanks Genius! Nothing offered or remedy. This guy too well be replaced by programmed robots to ensure customer satisfaction in the near distant future. So looking forward to better customer service.
