  • I am giving a four-star rating right now because of a couple of recent trips and the great improvement Air Canada is making. I believe the President, Calin Rovinescu, has significantly improved the overall service and operations of AC. There are wonderful staff which I have encountered, But, please continue to hire more friendly agents, especially in Quebec and the Maritimes.
