  • Took me several days to get a reservation here. Went in for a simple battery change and turns out they require you get a new screen as well if your screen is damaged so just be aware of that. They told me my phone would be ready in 2.5 hours so I came back and it still was not ready. Ended up waiting another hour. The staff is very unapproachable and overall the store is poorly set up. Can take forever to even talk to a worker because everyone's just sort of wandering around in a packed store.
