I've been to this store on a number of occasions and it's like going to the post office. The prevailing attitude among the employees is "yeah so what? What are you going to do - just not have cable?" Yes. Yes, today I can happily say that I am "just not going to have cable."
Tomorrow I turn in my cable box and cancel my service. There are enough alternate outlets online to facilitate the minimal TV viewing that I do.
From the clueless salespeople who don't even know what programming they offer to the incompetent "support" (have you tried rebooting?), quasi-public utilities like Cox and their ridiculous prices will quickly go the way of the dinosaur. Get a Roku or Amazon fire HD stick or box and thank me later.
