  • This agency was recommended by several other acquaintances in a Facebook group. Initially started out great, lured in with great coverage at a fantastic rate. Few months down the road, due to random insurance rate hikes across the board, or so we were told after 2 1/2 weeks of hounding someone for answers, our monthly insurance payment increased by 33%. We had no claims, no accidents, nothing that would warrant an increase. Helen worked to get us a "better" rate, we went through the hassle of switching insurance companies. Again. She assured us that with this new insurance carrier, our payment would not increase for the next 12 months. Two months into it, guess what? Now there's a 38% increase. Again, no claims, nothing has changed! Maybe my family and I are just unlucky people getting hit with these "scheduled" insurance hikes. Maybe this agency is a little unorganized or not as transparent as they could be. Either way, our experience has been exhausting because of so much follow up on our end. And more stressful than insurance should be.
