  • I live in the US. I was trying to buy a gift card for my daughter, who lives in Canada. The only payment option online is through PayPal. I have a PayPal Mastercard, however, for some reason I could not ship the card to Canada using my US billing address. I first called the Halifax store where the guy didn't have a clue about gift cards. He put me on hold and after about 10 minutes told me to call the corporate office in Toronto, which I did. I explained my problem and the man on the phone, who seemed like he had much better things to do than talk to me, told me that it was a PayPal issue. I asked him how he was going to help me spend my money at Henry's. He said it was a PayPal issue issue, that they had previously run into this issue with US customers and there was nothing he could do about it. Because of his attitude, I asked if he or the company was concerned that this issue was preventing me from spending money with Henry's. He said he couldn't help me and that I'd have to call PayPal to fix it. I called another photo company where they were happy to take my order.
